The aluminum log preheating furnace with hot shear machine is a new type of aluminum billet heating and shearing furnace designed to solve the deficiencies of the old short billet heating furnaces. The log heating furnaces are divided into single log heating and shearing furnaces and multiple log heating and shearing furnaces. The log hot shearing furnace has a sealed furnace chamber, good insulation, and therefore has high energy efficiency. The billet length can be adjusted at any time, which is convenient for production scheduling. Moreover, it avoids the waste of raw materials that caused by the old-style furnaces that use pre-cut aluminum billet.
The singe billet furnace is suitable for various alulminum alloy changing in the production or non-24 hours constant production since it has the advantage of fast heating to work temperature to recovery the production.
