Double chamber dual-chamber aluminum melting furnace

1, The preheating, drying and melting of waste aluminum is not directly impacted by combustion flame. The unique dual-chamber structure ensures that the aluminum material melts efficiently in the high-temperature liquid aluminum, significantly reducing burning losses. Compared to traditional furnaces, the recovery rate is 2% – 3% higher or even more.  We specifically design it for the high-temperature melting of lightweight aluminum materials such as aluminum scrap, aluminum can, water tank aluminum, cast and extrusion aluminum, it is particularly suitable for waste aluminum recycling production.

2, During the entire melting process, the molten liquid is circulated by circulating mixer, both temperature and composition are uniformed.

3, We use a new energy-saving combustion system, exhaust gas heat is recovered, therefore higher energy efficiency.

4, The waste aluminum is added in a sealed system, preventing smoke from overflowing to the workshop. So the working environment is better.
