The heat source of the infrared die mold heating furnace is iron and aluminum alloy wires. An infrared radiation plate is installed behind the electric heating wire. That can effectively reflect the heat to the chamber. The radiation plate and the electric heating wire forms the heating device. It radiates the heat in the form of electromagnetic energy to the chamber. And the die mold absorbs the energy and converts it back into heat. Therefore it is energy saving. The die mold basket is made by high-temperature-resistant stainless steel lattice structure. Therefore it has good mechanical strength, good ventilation and light transmission effects. So it heats fast and evenly.
