Main technical parameters
Used for the aging process of aluminum alloy profiles to enhance the profile strength.
Heating chamber capacity: 3 – 30T/batch, 6 – 24 baskets.
Fuel/heating types: diesel, natural gas, LPG, electricity.
Aging working temperature: 185 – 200℃ (aging time is adjusted according to the aluminum alloy process).
The heating chamber can be manufactured with single or double door structure.
The aging furnace is used for windows doors facade aluminum profiles and industrial aluminum profiles as well as ultra-long aluminum profiles.

Whole machine 1 year. Except wear parts.
