Aluminum log/billet casting machine
Basic Introduction:
The casting machine is used to provide traction during the vertical casting of aluminum log. It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum, and frame. The speed is controlled by frequency converter. High automation and precise speed.

Types of crystallizers:
- Water curtain crystallizer made of aluminum(suitable for casting round log diameter not bigger than 10 inches, simple structure, easy for cleaning and maintenance).
- Water hole crystallizer made of aluminum(suitable for casting round log diameter bigger than 10 inches, relatively complex structure, more uniform cooling, improving the log surface quality).
- Copper crystallizer (suitable for casting square bars and large rectangular ingots, improving the surface quality).
