This aluminum extrusion in line quenching system model: 2000D is suitable for 6-8 inches aluminum extrusion press production line; the maximum profile width is 250mm , and the maximum height is 200mm. Functions: strong air cooling, air-mist mixed cooling, high-pressure jet water cooling, water standing wave; water soaking. Therefore, it has very good quenching effect.
The air cooling adopts frequency converter to regulate ; the maximum air volume can reach 67,000 m³ / hour; the power is 52 KW.
Water cooling adopts frequency converter and regulating valve to form two-stage regulation.
The device length is about 7.0 meters. Air-cooled effective cooling length 6.0 meters. Mist cooling and water cooling is 5.2 meters.
It has upper and lower parts, the upper part can be raised and lowered, and the lower part is fixed.
The PLC controls all mechanism actions and the working parameters display on the HMI.
