Introduction to the Intelligent Automatic Anodizing Production Line:
1. High production capacity and efficiency. The dedicated oxidation production line adopts 2 or 3 rows of hanging racks, with high efficiency for entering and exiting tanks. The tank depth reaches 3.5 meters. With single-row bundling, the capacity can reach 200 kg. Therefore, the production capacity is large. With 4 oxidation tanks, it can produce 30 tons in 24 hours.
2. Low production electricity consumption and low cost. The oxidation power supply uses high-frequency switching power supply, so can save electricity consumption 15%; the refrigeration uses direct cooling units and a special circulation method can also significantly reduce costs.
3. Quality guarantee and optimized production process. The pre-treatment of silver-white profile adopts a three-in-one method to reduce alkali erosion and neutralization processes. The oxidation tank uses a large flow circulation to ensure the temperature and concentration of the tank liquid, and the sealing process uses medium-temperature sealing and hot water washing to ensure the quality of the product.
4. Intelligent production, simple and stable management! The self-made automatic crane structure is stable, durable, intelligent and automatic. When one crane in the system is busy or needs to be maintained, other cranes will automatically substitute. During production, upload the profile and enter the relevant surface treatment requirement parameters, and all are handed over to our intelligent system. There is no need for manual operation later to obtain perfect products.
