This aluminum extrusion quenching system modle 3500T; It is suitable work with 10 inch/3500T extrusion press. Maximum profile section width 350 mm. Maximum height 240mm. Functions: strong air cooling; wind and mist mixed cooling; high-pressure spray water cooling; water standing wave; water soaking. It adopts frequency converter to regulate the air quenching; the maximum air volume 171,500 m³/hour. Blower power 172 KW. Water cooling use frequency converter and regulating valve to form a two-stage adjustment. The installation length is about15 meters . Effective air cooling length is 14.0 meters. Mist cooling and water cooling length is 7.0 meters. It has upper and lower parts, the upper part can lift and lowering, and the lower part is fixed. PLC controls all actions, HMI shows all working parameters. Therefore it is easy to operate and has good quenching effect.
