The rectangular aluminum melting furnace is for the high-temperature melting process of solid aluminum and aluminum alloy ingot. It also has the function to keeping the liquid aluminum temperature. It can effectively melt high-melting point alloys. This equipment is particularly suitable for the melting and refining process of recycled aluminum.
The melting furnace performs exceptionally well in the initial melting stage for the production of high-quality aluminum ingots, aluminum rods/logs/billet, aluminum plates and strips, aluminum wheels, and aluminum castings, etc. It is a new type of highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly equipment.  The equipment not only meets the melting requirements of aluminum, but can also be extended to be applied in the melting processes of copper, zinc, lead and other non-ferrous metals.

● Gas consumption ≥ 52 cubic meters per ton aluminum(calculated based on natural gas).
● By using the regenerative combustion system, the exhaust gas temperature is low, approximately 250 degrees Celsius, which reduces the heat loss from the furnace body and lowers energy consumption.
● Temperature control method: measuring with thermocouples, and automatic adjust the fire intensity.
